I want to ask, since the room can be changed and the hotel can handle it, why did they call us before and let us handle the problem, and asked us when we would arrive at the store, is there any hidden rule in this? Or do they want us to check out on our own initiative and sell it to others at a high price? ? ? Just because I used a new number? Because I had booked and refunded before? It's easier to bully? Facilities: The toilet is too narrow to turn around, the kitchen utensils are greasy, the projector remote control has no batteries (delivered later), and it is not clear no matter how I turn it on. The hot water is sometimes very hot and sometimes very cold, and sometimes there is no hot water for a long time, so taking a shower is very troublesome. Environment: The hotel is relatively quiet, and it is also close to the subway station and Zhuoyuehui. I booked a deluxe room, but it felt like a classic room when I moved in. Service: The service is very timely, and things are delivered in time. One day at 5 pm, I wanted to clean it, but the front desk told me that the auntie was off work, and finally she just cleaned it. Summary: I probably won't book this hotel again next time.
