Overall, I think it is a treasure hotel. This stay during the Spring Festival also exposed some problems, mainly due to lack of staff. After 10 o'clock in the morning, a colleague at the guest service center answered the phone, and the deposit was not returned until the next day after check-out. The hotel has only been open for a month, and I can understand that there are imperfections. I hope to make a good summary and get better and better!
