Orange Crystal Shenzhen Baoan turn subway Station Hotel

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel near Fanshe Metro Station! The hotel enjoys a prime location, adjacent to the bustling Le Ziyou Food Street, surrounded by many well-known restaurants. On the other side is the Rainbow Shopping Center and the bustling night market, making eating, drinking and shopping extremely convenient. The front desk staff was very attentive and friendly during check-in/out. They even asked if I needed bottled water when I checked out. They paid full marks for attention to detail! The hotel was newly opened in 2024 with brand new facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with extra-large TV screens, free soda in the refrigerator, and the rooms are located on the 15th to 25th floors with a wide view. The downside is that there are only three elevators, and you need to wait patiently during peak hours; in addition, breakfast is set on the 13th floor, but there is no toilet on this floor, so you need to return to the guest room floor to use the toilet, which is a bit inconvenient. But overall, the hardware and service are pleasantly surprised, the price/performance ratio is very high, and it is worth recommending!

We redeemed our Ctrip points and checked in at 10:00. We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 on the same day. First, when we entered the hotel, the hotel manager and the cleaning staff were talking. When they saw us, they ignored us. We went to the front desk and said we were checking in. The front desk didn’t even check and said that we were checking in at 3:00 pm. I said that Ctrip had redeemed our points and booked at 10:00 pm. I showed her the Ctrip page for checking in at 10:00 pm and said that it had nothing to do with Ctrip and that the hotel’s rules would prevail. There were no rooms available at the moment. I said, “Why didn’t you tell me in advance? I came here with so many things.” Finally, we found a nearby health club and stayed there until after 3:00 pm before checking in. 2️⃣ And we checked out at 2:00 pm on Ctrip, but the front desk told us that it was 12:00 pm. The hotel still took care of it. 3️⃣ When we went out, we found that it was raining heavily. We asked a male waiter at the front desk to borrow an umbrella. He said that it was okay to pay a deposit of 50 first and it would be returned when we returned the umbrella. I said OK and then transferred the deposit via WeChat. It happened that two male guests next to us were looking for another front desk (girl) to borrow two umbrellas. They saw me paying the deposit and asked if they needed to pay a deposit. The girl at the front desk said it was okay and they left. I heard that and asked the front desk directly why they didn't need a deposit. This kind of discrimination is not good. The front desk said sorry, we all have to collect it. I said that it was clearly not collected. I heard that he said that we contacted them on WeChat to collect it. It was really speechless. 4️⃣ There was also a Ctrip booking that said that I would upgrade the room, but I didn't. And more than half of the floor I lived on was empty. There were so many empty rooms and I also booked a check-in at 10 o'clock. Why didn't you arrange check-in in advance? The hotel service staff was chaotic and had a bad attitude and was very indifferent. I have used Ctrip to book hotels for many years. This is the first time I give a bad review. There is really no service to speak of.

Service: 5.1 Checked in. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and gave a good review!! And when waiting for the elevator, she would greet the service staff when she met them in the elevator! The service was great~ Hygiene: Very clean and tidy! Facility: Everything you can think of! There is also a mini bar in the room, which is perfect for summer~ The restaurant also has a variety of delicious food! And it is very fresh!! Environment: High floor and no noise! Next time I will choose Orange Crystal~

I booked a basic room late at night and arrived at the hotel late. I was tired and thanked the front desk guy for helping me upgrade to a deluxe room. I felt so relaxed when I entered the room. The hotel met my needs and was considerate of customers. The service was very good. I give a thumbs up. Orange Crystal is trustworthy! I will book again next time!
