服務效率太差，第一次遇到退房按金超24小時沒有退還，需要我一個消費者打兩次客服電話催！不是錢的問題，我在想如果我沒有注意之後也沒有打電話詢問，是不是就不再有後續？ 到底是沒有注意？還是工作人員刻意為之？ 如果消費者真的沒有注意，那這比按金的去處又在哪裡呢？

開電競房一直打遊戲，走了非説我把電視機弄壞了，我電視機都沒動過。衹是路過這邊，又沒時間過去處理，坑我200按金。大家如果非要訂房進房間後要仔細檢查房間設施免得被坑。

找了半天在維也納裏面不説，刮鬍刀也沒有，房間衞生非常的差，洗漱池很臟有很多灰，電腦也非常的卡，打英雄聯盟都會閃屏，再也不會來！
