酒店新開的，各種設施都很新，也乾淨整潔，住起來很舒服，放心入住，房間和圖片上一模一樣，沒有差別。床和枕頭住起來也很舒適，華住會的水平可以放心。地址就在地鐵口kfc旁邊，還是好找，樓下商店也很多，地圖搜了下，周圍美食也多距離萬象城也近，交通方便距離福田站也近。早餐選擇也比較多樣，吃的喝的都有，還有現煮的麪條河粉很新鮮，現磨咖啡也不錯，喝了兩杯hhh。工作人員很有耐心很貼心，態度很親切，讓人賓至如歸。住了一晚感受很好，下次有機會再來！

1:我們是19號入住的，20號早上隔壁有人退房！就想讓前台調到隔壁的房間。前台説此房間已經預訂出去了！客人都等了好久了換不了，結果過了幾分鐘再去溝通時又説續住也可以！不能按老價格執行！必須要按新價格續住！我們肯定不樂意！過了一會又説要不就辦個99的會員，然後才可以調換此房間。要不就沒辦法繼續續住。最後實在沒辦法我們就辦了個99的會員又續了一天！我們主要嫌麻煩不想提着行李箱跑來跑去！你漲價可以！但是你不能坐地起價。我們都住了一天了你突然漲價！最起碼我們這波你要按當時入住的價格執行完！2:此酒店為半裝修半營業狀態，前廳接待處有很濃的空氣清新劑味，房間有輕微的甲醛味！早上11點左右各種電鑽敲打聲！一樓大廳客房樓到地毯上都是灰.3:早餐7點至10點！我們9點40過去什麼菜都沒有了！給阿姨説加點菜！阿姨説已經到點了加不了了！4:前台辦理入住很墨跡！第一天最少等了20分鐘！第二天續住時就因為房價在前台辦了快一個小時了！很沒有效率的！

新開的酒店，感覺比之前其他地方住的漢庭好很多，乾乾淨淨的。地理位置很好，離地鐵站（園嶺9號線）100多米。現在這些連鎖性價比很不錯。
