This stay is very satisfying! The hotel is quiet in a busy area, with good room space and bathing facilities, and basic toiletries are also provided. Yiyi and Coke provide great service and make you feel at home. The restaurant has an elegant environment and is very comfortable for having breakfast. You can feel the care in every detail, I will come again in the future!

住了兩晚，酒店新，房間寬大舒適，服務也不錯。這次和兩位長者家一起出遊，他們也挺滿意。有兩點美中不足的是：
第一：打開廁所燈連帶掛衣架的燈也一起開，有點亮晚上有點睡不着。
第二：第二天開始水壓弱了很多，前台説在維修。最後送三個精美的眼罩，安撫了一下。
下次有機會還會再來～

1. 酒店剛開業，所以所有設備都挺新的，酒店的保安亦很嚴密，外賣**的單號都需要對上訂房人的姓名。
2. 房間的設備非常充足，洗手間很大，環境很舒服，亦感受到寧靜，唯一一點建議是沐浴間的問題，沐浴間門是推拉門，但在裡面且沒有手把的情況下，很難拉開門，只可靠外面的人幫忙推開才能打開這個門。
3. 早餐簡單，但算不錯，若可以再多幾款菜式更好，例如蔬菜等，但整體滿意。
4. 地理位置上頗遠的，離紅嶺C2出口約13分鐘路程，離園嶺C出口約8分鐘路程，如有行李箱更建議在園嶺站，因為紅嶺C2出口沒有升降機。
整體而言，算是挺滿意的，酒店小姐姐都很友善，亦麻煩酒店小哥哥幫忙送外賣上房間。

先說缺點吧,酒店免費給客人可以延遲14:00才離開,原本 是好事。但因為管理不好,清潔時間很慢,令到原本準備到 達酒店入住的客人明明等待了2個小時!簡直浪費我的時 間。我就是看到酒店可以14:00入住我一家大小6人就準備去 到酒店辦理入住!到達酒店時,怎料到服務員說3間房間全 部都未安排好,說要等一個小時,那我都明白有時候未必那 麼準時可以入住,我跟老人家和小孩就坐在大堂等待入住。 去到三點嗰陣都依然未準備到一間房間,連一間都沒有。之 後我問佢大約等幾耐,佢哋又話要等多10分鐘左右就可以, 咁我哋係一家人全部坐喺個大堂嗰度等,我等到3:30又係一 間房間都冇,真係離晒譜,我都未試過咁嬲,跟住終於忍唔 住要同服務員理論,要去到差唔多4:00先至有兩間房,另外 最後一間都要再等多半個鐘,我哋一家人就在大堂等左2.5個 小時先可以入住。
我覺得如果你真係照顧唔到咁多客人的話,就其中選一個 吧,如果你想做到延遲2:00退房你就不要讓顧客在2:00入 住。令到準時過嚟的客人都要再等待兩個小時,真係實在太 過分!其實房間都不錯設施都很新,但今次體驗令我十分之 失望,我不會再到這間酒店入住。

非常折磨的一次體驗 首先層高極低，曲肘都能伸手碰觸到走廊天花板，太壓抑了
設施：馬桶的沖洗按鍵太奇葩了 穿着拖鞋就是沒辦法沖水，得光腳碰到才能沖水，太誇張了。
化粧鏡的開關怎麼開都沒用，就是不亮，後來發現必須把衞生間的燈打開這裏才有電，太不合理了
房間的浴室地磚防滑，但是走廊的地磚不防滑，洗個澡水都在走廊上，太滑了，腳都扭了，腿上都摔好痛。
此外，這個洗手枱的頂燈太奇葩了，洗臉的時候開着燈，水龍頭正好對着反光，直沖眼睛，真的離譜
最**的來了，這個浴室和廁所的門，沒有明顯的門把手，要我怎麼拉開？找了半天發現門下半部分有凹槽，我在浴室困了很久，wifi又卡連不上。
這個浴室的水槽竟然是一整塊不銹鋼，洗完澡滴滴答答聲音特別大，真的好離譜，睡覺都不踏實。
服務：服務很差，做卡等了很久，兩張卡一張開一開始就做錯了，下樓重新做，第二天又沒法用了，再製卡還是沒法用，加了微信好友，一天都不回消息，太差了太差了

新開業嘅酒店乾淨衛生。但酒店附近沒有商業中心，亦沒有商場，需要打車出行，距離附近近圓領地鐵站亦較遠，大約700米，步行10分鐘左右。
酒店服務很好，前台很有禮貌。
酒店由舊樓改建，所以樓層較矮。另外發現電梯上面嘅guest room 都拼錯為gusst room，可能比較少外國客，串錯也不為奇。
其次房間內白天被中間的玻璃擋住光線，顯得昏暗，也因為本身嘅樓層較矮，加了中央空調管道後，房間嘅樓層更加顯壓迫感，如果增加燈照光線會比較舒適。廁所及浴室門把手都需要要啲技巧才能打開。不過因為酒店新淨，房間嘅電視屏幕很大，觀看舒適。
