The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is excellent and smiling. But there is one thing missing, the residents on the upper floors cannot use the stairs (escape ladder) to get to the first floor door which is locked with a U-shaped lock. I suggest that the hotel pay more attention to this issue, in case of natural disasters (earthquakes, fires, etc.) they cannot escape effectively.

It's amazing to find such a clean hotel in Shenzhen. There's food on the street below and it's next to a lake. I can go down and take a walk after the meeting at night. It's really nice.
