No lift! Be ready to carry your own heavy luggage up the stairs. Not suitable for families with very young children and elderly. There are two GreenTree hotels near Jingmei subway station. This one is the farther one (approx. 600m). If you have an early morning flight or ferry, forget the subway. Book a cab or be ready to wait (and wait, and wait). If you walk up to the main road, you should be able to flag one down. Cable TV is available for a fee. The bathroom is spacious but the room is tiny but clean and comfy. During our stay, we only saw 1 receptionist and 1 housekeeper, so don't expect super friendly service. No restaurants, convenience stores, or supermarkets nearby (gotta walk everywhere). Unless you have a personal agenda in the area, the location is far from desirable. It's super residential and super quiet!

First of all, I booked a king-size bed room with a view, which was nearly 100 more expensive than the couple-themed room. However, when I arrived, the front desk still assigned me the couple-themed room. It can be seen that the hotel does not distinguish between room levels and assigns rooms to guests at will. After coordinating the change, the room I was given only had a small window, which was completely inconsistent with the preview picture, but it was too late that day so I didn't care. Secondly, there were no disposable slippers in the room, only old plastic slippers. The worst thing is that all the USB charging ports in the room are damaged. If you don't bring a charger, the only way is to use a paid charger, as shown in the picture

The line was disconnected every 3 minutes when I stayed in the hotel. It was always down from 12 noon to 2:30 in the evening. They opened the door 3 times to check. If they didn't let me check, they claimed to be firefighters and forced their way in. I had no choice but to pack up and leave. The room was not only small, but also not clean. There were a lot of mosquitoes. I felt itchy after lying on the bed for a while. The hotel didn't give any explanation. I was really impressed. I have never stayed in such a hotel before.

Stayed here for nine days. Jingtian is a great value for money location. The room was cleaned every day and it was generally good. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenzhen.
Note: Some rooms have charging heads that cannot be plugged in. They are broken. It is recommended to repair them. I changed rooms on the first day because of this.
