Hygiene: As you can see in the picture, the table was not clean and there was chili oil on it. I wiped it with paper and the paper was black. I touched the table with my hand and it was greasy. Can the cleaning staff add some detergent to clean the table?
Facilities: The temperature difference in Shenzhen is large in winter. I personally prefer to turn on the heating at night, and the air conditioner in the room cannot be used for heating!
The window light strip has fallen off, please repair it before letting the room be occupied.
Environment: It is newly renovated at first glance, with a smell of formaldehyde. This room
There is even a mahjong table. As soon as you enter the room, there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke that seeps into every corner and crevice of the room. Turning on the air purifier doesn't help. Again, please make sure the room is clean and odor-free before moving in.
And when I opened the curtains, I saw the air conditioner outside, with all kinds of shoes and food drying on it...
Service: Have the room service staff been trained? I said it was cold at night and there was no heating, so they brought me a quilt. The waiter brought it and said that I was so afraid of the cold that I had to cover myself with two quilts. ...I am speechless. What's wrong with me being afraid of the cold? It's because there is no heating in the room!
There is also a particularly fatal point! It’s past two in the morning and people are still singing in the KTV. I can’t sleep at all!
There are really too many points to complain about. Why does a hotel with such service and sanitary facilities cost more than two hundred yuan a night? The price is set high

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean, the equipment is smart, and the customer service attitude is very good. The elevator is not safe enough and anyone can go up. The shower door is only half-way, and all the bath water shoots out. The washing area is full of water. It is so inconvenient😅

When I washed up at night, the pipes in the sink were broken and leaking. I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but I just called an aunt to do a simple cleaning. The service couldn't keep up with anything. It was really bad. I don't recommend staying there.
