Very nice hotel. Location is perfect and easy access. Very near to public transport and convenience. Shopping mall and restaurant walking distance. Hotel have free self laundry service . The breakfast is perfect specially -Xiao Long Pao.

Lovely new fully renovation hotel, I love my old Shanghai suite especially, it is like travelling back in time in Shanghai but with modern comfort. Very atmospheric!
The only downside is if the hotel can provide more than just two thin large towels! These towels are especially thin, do not absorb much water. But the hotel staffs insisted that I can only order 2 towels at a time… not a smart move, dripping water just gets on your floor and can be hazard to your clients!

A beautiful hotel, only reason for not giving a top grade is because there is no gym or pool/leisure centre, or playroom for kids. Perfect hotel to escape the bustling city, loved it and would stay again. Very good nights sleep!

Design is terrible bad, the bathroom very very inconvenience. Although the bathroom and toilet are separate but use only one door. No where to hang the clothes and towel when bathing. One will block door of the toilet when using the sink outside.
Only one person will be provided with afternoon tea set even the room booking is for 2 adults.
The closet is very tiny, place for hanging clothes is limited, and one can only hang clothes not longer than 2 feet.

Everything is good except a lady from front desk called in the morning saying double bed suite is not available implying something we all understand in Chinese. Was shocked and uncomfortable with this unprofessional and rude attitude.
