Room is decent and tidy but, in some places, has a little shabby condition. The air-conditioner was found defected and someone was called for the repairs on site. Initial findings showed that some parts of the air-conditioner had to be replaced and I asked for changing the room coz I do not want to wait. However, I got the reply was that I had to pay more for changing a higher grade of room because the normal types of room were rented out. I was so surprised by this reply because it was not my fault about the defected facilities in my room. But the guests had to suffer it by paying more for getting another 'normal' room.
Comparing with other hotels where I stayed at SZ before, here is not the top notch one. Customer service has to be improved.

Great hotel with good service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is conveniently close to restaurants and shops and only a short taxi ride to tourist attractions.

Excellent boutique hotel located within OCT Happy Coast. We had a spacious room with a wide balcony allowing us to take in views of the festivities over the New Year's Eve weekend. We especially loved the daily evening fruit platter sent to our room, which was an absolute delight! Thank you Bay Breeze Hotel for a wonderful stay - we really appreciate it as we're visiting Shenzhen for the first time from Singapore.

very good location, spacious and nice decorated room with large balcony, broad view, free mini bar with snack and soft drink, welcome fruit, 25m swimming pool and gym, can say it’s perfect. but staff internal communication not good enough, plan to have dinner at hotel restaurant, told by front desk we were not able to have dinner as have to book in advance, finally went out for dinner. Next day we visit the restaurant, waitress told we can have dinner at restaurant even no reservation, lost opportunity, wish to try their dish

Quiet boutique hotel and not overcrowded, great location right next to the mall and entertainment complex with lots of restaurants nearby .
Hotel rooms are well maintained with a spacious balcony.
Staff are friendly and nice.
Great to stay over the weekend with kids

Amazing hotel! Absolutely love the view and can see the fireworks at night. Situated in a quiet area but with quick access to the main street with foods. Love that they provide L’Occitane products toiletries!
