My first trip to china (travelling from HK) and I was greeted with a nicer hotel with full amenities, friendly reception, working showers/ac, and in a great location near luo wu border.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I go to SZ! 赞

I have to give a five - star review to Caro Hotel in Luohu District, Shenzhen.
The moment I entered the hotel, I was impressed by the elegant decor. The rooms are not only spacious but also extremely clean and comfortable, with all amenities well - prepared.
The staff here are very professional. The front - desk service is excellent. They are efficient in handling check - in and check - out procedures, always with warm smiles on their faces and ready to answer any questions.
All in all, staying at Caro Hotel is a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen. 😎

This is my 15 stay in this hotel. Excellent service from the front desk staff.
All my deliveries were kept properly and they even can recognise my name and person.
The only thing I felt is they should have add in a bar fridge inside their room.

Great clean budget hotel in Louhu Shenzhen. Located close to Dongmen walking street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You will need to have a translator since they only speak Mandarin. 5 minutes walk to Park and Shop store.

Can’t beat the price for the location! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and ever ready to accommodate any requests including late check-outs without a fee. It is right next to a bunch of local and Western restaurants and shops so I never felt unsafe in the area.
Would definitely recommend for any weekend travellers from Hong Kong to explore the Luoho district.

The hotel is very good, the staffs are very friendly, downstairs have a lot of eateries too, amenities are provided. nearest metro station is at Shai Bu train station (晒布站） which is about 500 metres away

Great location and considered very near to MRT station and along the foods street, many restaurants below the hotel and walking distance to night market. The customer service is great and only drawback is the room is a bit small but considered value for money for the locations.
