Hotel rooms were big and luxurious to 5-star standard, comfortable bed, sparkling clean and completely mould free. Reception staff were extremely helpful, especially Cindy, who assisted us so much with our stay and where to go. Some staff speak English.

A wonderful experience and very supportive staff. The rooms and hotel is very neat and clean. A very great staying experience. The staff is courteous especially when I cannot speak local language but very supportive. Special mention of Mr. Tone at the reception who is very supportive.
Will recommend to stay here always and will definitely book again.

located in wholesale GOLD area, which is not friendly for tourist, 10 mins walk to metro station.
hotel is perfect, lobby have free coffee for checked in guest.
room were big and clean,

The place is really good. It’s comfortable, the rooms are big. We liked the location, as it was really quiet (we stayed during the CNY so there were not many ppl and cars, not sure about the other times). It’s clean, the bed is comfortable .
