Stayed at Xipa Apartment for one night as a solo traveler. The staff was very efficent and accomodating. Nice location with a metro station and a shopping mall close by. Air conditioning was great.
Only negativeI is that even though the TV had a large collection of entertainment, almost everything had to be rented.

Check in reception at Tower A level 4 with a friendly receptionist, they have staffs that bring you up to your room, my room was at Tower B 17th floor, clean and huge service apartment for 2-3pax, and just 8mins walking distance from 燕南 station exit C, this place has got many eateries around, one station away to 华强北 electronics mall.
Xipa is a decent place for weekend stay.

It’s clean and the customer service is 24/7 available. There also luggage holding area and the place is nice. There is also city view.

The location is perfect, a lot of foods around and close to the subway station. However, this time my room was located close to the neighbors who were making voices in the midnight a talk loudly in the midnight. If you want to book a room book the sstudio room (normal one) not the dulex room (having a bed room upstairs). The dulex rooms are too small the sofa a bathroom is too small too.

I had a wonderful stay at Xipa last weekend. I chose to stay at Xipa because it’s close to the venue of the Mariah Carey concert which I went to, and there are quite a number of eateries and a few convenience stores in the vicinity. The overall accommodation experience was very pleasant. Special thanks to the lady at the front desk (Staff #06). She was excellent, very helpful and responsive in answering my questions about the room. The duplex design of room is truly a delight, with the bedroom located on the upper floor. Overall, it’s very good value for money and I have no reservations in giving a five-star score to my stay.

Location is fair but shouls take exit C instead of exit A of the Yannan metro station. Many restaurants and two supermartets (Walmart and Hemaxiansheng). Room is as described so it is sophisticated.

The hotel is located in high building No. 2 and in a good location and close electronic market stores, there are many restaurants/food shops and minimart around hotel, and also close to Yannan metro station.
The hotel needs to improve the clealinees, and the floor needs to be vacuumed, a batrroom very small. They should have coffee bags service. Staff are very kind and helpful, others are good.

Do take note that the hotel is not at level 1 and at level 4 iirc... Need to go in and go up to lvl 4 to check in. The location is very ulu and may be complicated to go but other than that, the hotel rooms is very clean and nice.
