Location is good, bus stop right in front of hotel, shopping complex 10-15 mins walk from hotel.
Cleanliness of the room is good at check-in. Shower cubicle is properly sealed at the bottom, to prevent leaking and wetting of entire bathroom. However, on some nights, when returned to room, found some stains in shower cubicle not cleaned off.
Service of staff is good. At check-in, room assigned was not ready for stay, as room cleaning was still going on. Went to front desk and feedback, immediately got another room for stay on the same storey. (Refer to attached photos)
Facilities of hotel is good, except that lift broke down on 1 of the nights, and had to walk the fire staircase.

The room is very satisfactory. I have stayed here many times. I like the small gifts here. It is very close to the bus stop and the subway station. The location is very good. The room is dry and I am interested. The service is good. I lost it by mistake. How can I get it?

I am a frequent visitor here. I brought my family to live here. I was very satisfied with the room and extended my stay. It was very clean. They would change the sheets and quilt covers. The shower gel and shampoo were very fragrant. I slept very comfortably and it was very quiet.
