I would say if you not really concern with the cleanliness, dont care about the amenities, simple trip, then you may choose this hotel for your stay.
I booked 2 nights at the beginning, after checked in, I modified the booking to 1 night, appreciate the property allowed me to shorten my stay and get refund for a night.
There is ashes beside the desk, toilet exhaust fan loose and don't know will it fall when you doing "business", TV movie apps required to sign up for VIP member, WiFi unstable.

Nice spacious room and bathroom. Good location (two MTR stations in walking distance). Free tea and coffee. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Plenty of power plugs (so I can charge my various devices at the same time). Projector and large white screen instead of TV. Kettle and hair dryer. I enjoyed my stay there and would stay again and recommend to friends.

Nice location but the walls are a bit too thing so at night I kept hearing loud music coming from somewhere… ut was hard to sleep.
Also 4/7 days of my stay my room want cleaned so I had to ask for it.

Lovely, fashionable rooms. Rooms are very clean and cosy. However, my room had a karaoke sound very audible from outside. Accessibility is good and it is easy to catch a taxi from the hotel.
