Great service! We left a message mentioned the trip is for birthday celebration . Hotel offered us a free birthday cake and decorated the room with balloons and flower pedals. A real surprise ! The room is clean and comfortable. For improvement, the room can be more spacious. But overall, a nice & memorable experience for us :)

I loved this hotel. The location is awesome, just a short walk from the Sea World exhibits and walking paths by the sea. The bathrooms had great lighting and views in to the city. Only issues I had were figuring out the lighting system which is partly controlled by key cards, and randomly placed control pads around the room which included curtain controls. I'm sure if my stay were longer I would of had it figured out!

Great value, amazing view, lovely shower, service was excellent, but one flaw was that the carpet needed to be cleaned as it had weird large stain marks all over it.

Good location. Very close to many restaurants and some place with good views. Near the subway. Not far from airport. Service is good. Room is clean and warm. Breakfast is very expensive.

The room is quite large for two people. The facility of the hotel is nice but there were some noise in the morning.

It is a nice hotel with ok service, smells like tobacco in the corridors and there is no tower hanger in the rooms.
Location is very good and the views from the rooms are also good.
Definitely not a 5 star hotel but I would come back regardless!

The hotel is very close to Sea World. Close enough to walk. Pool is beautiful and very big. The rooms were a big size. I would recommend this hotel!
