room is spacious, and hotel gives a lot of bottled water, 4 bottles in the room, 2 in the fridge and water is always available at the entrance of the hotel. love it

I requested one baby bed ahead, nobody checked the request and also no reply about the request confirmation.
I was waiting so long for the baby bed delivery to my room, but when I asked the receptionist, they trying to use the translator to inform me the hotel don’t have any baby bed.
I booked another hotel to my wife and baby daughter to sleep comfortable .
If you have family and small children, I don’t recommend that hotel !
Family room is just a king bed, just like another room,
Breakfast also not good,
I can rate this hotel as 2

Hard to communicate with the main desk but other than that this room was big and clean. Looked very nice and modern. Great location next to the Uniwalk mall. The only thing is the room was sooooo cold, even with the AC on..

Very comfortable stay and top location. Enjoyed working out at the gym which has a very youthful vibe, seems inspired by gym box and crossfit
