Hotel located right next to 東門 / 金光華商場，very convenient to walk over the two places for eating and shopping. Friendly hotel staff provided the best services we need.
Will definitely come back next time.

Everything top notch, especially the service level. Lisa 梁小妹 came in really handy, she helped us all the time on transportation, directions, etc. kudos to the housekeeping team too 小五 and 冬梅 did fantastic jobs everyday, made our stay and room wonderful.

Service is awesome , breakfast is nice and with variety . Had a birthday celebration , hotel provided surprise upon request. Convenience location, will come back again!

This is awful experience compared with what we have stayed several hotels in Shenzhen.First of all,Unfriendly Front Desk Staff: The tall, thin staff member who assisted with check-in appeared emotional and lacked friendliness, which created a poor first impression.
Second, Malfunctioning TV**: The TV in your room was not functioning properly. It couldn’t connect to any channels, kept freezing, and was essentially unusable throughout the night. Third, uncomfortable Pillows.The pillows were too soft, which likely made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Fourth, lThe staff and Manager at the restaurant seemed lethargic and not fully awake. We noticed that someone had left their phone behind, so we informed the manager. However, it seemed like he didn’t fully understand what we had done.
Although quite a general choices of food during the buffet breakfast,taste was not good.
Anyway, HIGHLY. NOT RECOMMEND !

Great location with many eateries and walking distance to Dongmen Pedestrian Street.
Rooms were spacious and very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it made our 2 nights stay a very pleasant experience! Thumbs-up 😀

Great location and service. Can feel the vibe of Christmas with dedicated decorations. Have to mention they have of the of best gym in Shengzhen hotel. Special thanks to Viola for the stay!
