A wonderful place to stay in SZ. Right next to the station and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They helped us with getting around when we couldn’t read Chinese. The rooms were huge, spacious and even had a walk in closet. TV was fantastic with english channels. The room came with executive lounge access which included afternoon tea and breakfast, it was a delight! Fabulous staycation! .

always use this place, but this time
The cleaning condition was not as good as before.
The bedding smelled so I asked for a replacement
I used it.
But the staff responded quickly
I'm satisfied.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom. Room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds.
One of the sliding doors in the master bedroom was loose but staff were quick to react and fix.

Location of the hotel is convenient for me. There are some restaurants/cafe around and metro is like 3 minutes away.
Gym is good, pool is indoor but I like the balcony to relax.
The room itself is clean and modern, just the AC is a bit noisy.

Had a really nice stay at Residence G SZ. Hotel is very close to subway and bus station. The room is really clean and comfy and staff are nice.
