Our food delivery bag was ignored and left in the reception for an hour just because the receptionist didn’t realise the room number is written at the back of the receipt.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Even helped me with ordering food as you need to have a Chinese phone number to verify (which I do not have).
Got a bigger room which was very nice. Location is also right next to Xili metro station. Very convenient location

Huge room, modern installations and very clean. Laundry machine and dryer available for guests, one per floor. Quite close to the subway station. Many options of food and drink around, either local or chain restaurants, such as KFC or Pizza Hut. There's a park nearby. Cleaning staff with kind attitude.
