We had an early flight to Shenzhen and booked in around 10 am. Staff were patient and friendly and very helpful considering my that we checked in earlier. The room was fine though the carpet had stains on it that hadn’t been washed off. Breakfast was so so. Close to metro station which was convenient

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel is close to the subway, the lobby is decorated in a grand style and has a New Year theme, which is very nice. I like the tea service. The room type was upgraded for free.
