While reception staff was not capable of any English, one management lady helped out very nicely. In total, clean room and bathroom, breakfast for such a hotel surprisingly tasty with good coffee (all self service). Gym equipment rather "home use quality" than what you usually can expect in such a hotel (as the price is not cheap at all). Billiard room.
Generally: a business hotel far away from every city center / mall, etc. Though for some customers or suppliers, if they are close, a good option avoiding Shenzhen standard every day traffic jam.

The environment is clean and sanitary. It is very comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The details of hygiene are also very good. The cost performance is very high.
