管家很熱情，還送水果我吃，環境舒適安靜，在山上的別墅區，管家帶我上四樓站在陽台可以看到海全景，不錯，離海邊走幾分鐘路就到了

先説優點，位置還好，位於南澳別墅區內，房子就是一般農家自建的4層小洋樓，停車就在門口，一共4層樓，房間面積大，設施也比較齊全，有可以做飯的地方，二樓有個露台，晚上可以燒烤那些。房間面積比較大，有40平以上，帶個陽台。接下來就是吐槽的點：1、去哪兒留的電話是老闆的，但老闆應該是屬於從農户手裡租的房子，常年是不在的，請了個所謂的管家，就是個年紀比較大的阿姨，老闆應該是屬於二房東。2、房子內部是有電梯的，但是沒有啟用，房間又位於三樓，大包小包上樓不太方便，有電梯又不能用，就很奇怪。3、房間雖然很大，但是設施很明顯都很老舊了，無論大小床，很舊，床墊應該是最便宜的那種，很硬，並且有異響，並且床上用品很舊，且不乾淨，看圖説話。4、號稱有浴缸，但基本處於不可用狀態，浴缸很臟，且配套的管子那些都是壞的，不用浴缸，淋浴水也是小得可憐，且管子是漏的，看圖説話；5、作為一個節假日都快接近500價位的房間，所提供的洗漱用具（沒有用，我們自帶）以及房間內提供的紙巾都是最差的那種，廁所內用的廁紙稍微差一點都不會説什麼，關鍵是房間內的抽紙也是用的一般路邊餐廳用的最差的紙，心相映的紙一包也不貴吧？3-4塊錢一包，哪怕一次提供一包，也要不了幾個成本吧？6、訂房時標註提供歡迎水果，結果水果皮都沒見到。7、節假日到大鵬，如果開車需要在深圳交警先預約，但是從訂房到結束，沒有任何提示，也沒有接到所謂的老闆或者管家的任何提醒需要預約通行，如果沒有預約就是1分300塊。本來沒有預約上，準備退房，下單確認5分鐘後就不能取消了。沒辦法，有個深圳的朋友説沒有預約也能去，外地車牌有總計兩次可以申請免罰，唉。我覺得這麼提供也沒什麼問題，反正我們是外地遊客，很難得來一次，一次性生意罷了，也造不成什麼影響，就這樣吧。

我是無意間看見這個酒店的，價格實惠，有電梯，在酒店觀景台可以看見海邊，很美！玻璃海和沙灘太美了，週末出行首選。老闆説今年剛翻新了酒店，設施也是很乾凈，酒店還有麻將室，桌球，還可以高歌一曲，很有趣！店裡服務熱情周到，姐妹們，沖沖沖！

我們是家庭出行，入住時房東親自迎接，詳細介紹房間設施的使用方法，讓我很快就熟悉了環境。我們是單獨在一個別墅裏，離海邊也不遠，也可以自己買海鮮來烹煮，設施齊全泳池、棋牌室、桌球一應俱全，最最最喜歡的還可以燒烤！離菜市場也不遠，很方便。非常適合家庭出行，房間也打掃的很乾凈。下次一定還是住您家。

服務非常貼心一級棒，毛巾也是消過毒的，可以放心大膽用地鐵站走幾分鐘就能到，酒店位置方便好停車，設施也很齊全，下次出差繼續住這！
