The washing machine and detergent in the room was great and location is convenient to lots of food places and the subway. Interaction with host was minimal but accessible via WeChat if needed.

Place was well located 5 minutes walk to Nanshan station with lines 11 and 12 metro. Clean small room and enough for my needs. Has a washer too and hanging area which is really convenient for my few days stay. No tea and coffee but each day gave 2 bottles of water on the table and another two bottles on the fridge...super considerate! Also gave toothbrushes, slippers and has a hairdryer.
All staff both at reception (especially Mr Wong!) and the cleaners were really nice which made my stay so enjoyable. Maybe the only thing is to have at least one English TV channel (like CGTN?) as didn't understand all the Chinese channels.
Next time will try to get a room with a window which then would be perfect!
