酒店前台是男的，服務非常惡劣
我訂了個雙人房
我出示了身份證
我一個朋友酒喝多了
在神志不清的情況下，他非得要出示身份證
最後我打電話報警到沙灣派出所
和沙灣派出所講清原由才可以住宿
他還大聲吼道，酒喝醉了就不要住酒店
他的這種行為我接受不了
最後派出所也説了，兩人同行，其中一名醉酒，一人登記是沒有問題的
我説的是真話，不帶半點虛假

酒店近沙灣天橋，房間算整潔，電視收不到香港電視台，浴室花洒水力不足夠，有改善空間，吹風機太大，不易控制。

房間整潔乾淨住的挺舒服，酒店沒有餐飲提供旁邊有幾家餐廳可以食早餐或者叫外賣，位置有點不太方便，不過走出大路口會有好多出租車，打車還是挺容易的

服務差勁衞生一般設施更是要啥沒啥，廁所連紙巾沐浴露都沒有，浴巾也是破爛的，前台服務更是無敵差勁，麻煩加強一下培訓
