A bit dated and old stains on walls. Toilet seat a bit broken and also bathroom has no conditioner for hair.
Things that are good aircon does work according to the temperature you want in beginning of spring time, it was set to below 20 c.
Near to subway and very near to HK border. There is a stairs to the hotel reception and had a tough time dragging my bag up the steep ramp.
Good value for money, deposit prefer to be in RMB200 cash fyi

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the MRT and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. It made getting around and finding places to eat super convenient. Ideal for anyone looking to explore the area easily!

Access to shops or subway easily. Lots of eatery around. Check-in at front desk and receptionist is good but served by a bad staff when check-out. The room is not small this time but the ventilation fan is too noisy.

The room is warm and clean. I have stayed here many times. Every time I go to Shenzhen, I choose Friendship Hotel. I am satisfied every time. It is cost-effective. Close to Guomao in Luohu District, convenient for transportation and shopping. There is a clothing wholesale mall downstairs, suitable for shopping👍
