The behavior of the reception staff is very rude and tough to deal with.

The place is close to every logistics store in Shenzhen (and I'm not joking) so the entrance is full of trucks and boxes, not friendly for people with reduced mobility.
First of all the entrance carpet of the room is really dirty.
The room, without windows is near a corridor and the noise at night is loud.
Looks like the sanitation is terrible. It's normal in the little hotels here not to clean the rooms daily when there are guests, or replenish toilet paper.
There was an option to ask for a non-smoking room, even so the place smelled like cigarettes and other strange things. The place was made to spend the night and do not stay during the day.
They also can't control the access to packages received. If you I'll order something there, make sure to be on the place to make it.

The hotel is close to a street food, the bed is really comfortable but the room is full of moist and i had allergy. Overall not bad
