房間乾淨衞生，床單被罩非常清新潔白，環境很安靜。老闆服務非常好，我們臨時需要一間雙床房，老闆馬上幫我們免費解決了。一回來就馬上給予好評。一次開心的旅遊從住宿開始體驗

房間沒打掃乾淨，廁所反味特別臭，牆壁也發黴，馬桶很臟也很舊，各種傢俱都老舊了，電視機也打不開，房間沒提供飲用水。作為幾百塊錢一晚上房間真的很差。

來深圳看兒子，趁週末一家人決定去海邊玩，在網上看到有差評心裏還有些忐忑。我們一早就到了，先寄存了行李，還提前辦理了入住，服務很好，房間很棒，乾淨整潔，一眼望出去滿山綠樹成蔭，很漂亮，下午還去趕了海，兒子説下次過來玩還住這裏。

隔音不太好，早上很吵，外面嬢嬢接電話都能聽的一清二楚，被子兩個人蓋有點小，腳都蓋不住，衞生的話，一般般，床上有頭髮啥的，榻榻米上還有別人用過的雙眼皮貼，衞生間有上一個住户用過的牙刷，也沒收拾其他的也還好，楊梅坑消費蠻高的物價比平常的翻了一倍，其他的也還好，那邊風景挺好看的。

第一次來深圳，房東服務態度挺好的，而且在旅遊區這個價位的房間性價比真的很高，六樓可以看到日出，挺好的

服務：在民宿裏落了一樣東西中午就已經打電話跟民宿溝通 説會回電話晚上十點也沒有回覆，打電話回去好幾次也不接，服務態度一般，隔音也很差，廁所也沖不下去，特別噁心，其他的還好，容易落東西的介意別住哈。

雲海間住着舒服，我家孩子特別喜歡這裏，大玻璃窗陽台特別明亮，可以看到青山，藍天白雲，可以看到海，心情舒暢！新裝修，乾淨衞生！老闆人特別好！六樓有個很大的露台，三面環山，面朝大海，風景好極了！六樓有卡拉OK，有燒烤爐，也適合團建活動！六樓還可以可以曬衣服，有洗衣機。關鍵是楊梅坑趕海特方便，出門100多米就到海邊，一開始想着住在桔釣沙附近（其實沒有距離太近的民宿），這裏步行到桔釣沙也就20多分鐘大概，有公交車通往桔釣沙，還是住在楊梅坑更好！美食很多，還有個seven eleven超市。方便趕海（凌晨六點去趕海，花甲特別多，還有海膽，小螃蟹，蝦，螺很多）不遠處可以玩沙灘，下次來還住在這裏。

房間挺大，衞生很差，塌塌米上還有油漬沒擦乾淨，地板也是剛拖的還有很多鞋印，房間裏面的東西也擺放很亂，訂了沒法住，直接重新訂一家，建議上商家改善一下吧，至少衞生要注意一下
