Choosing this homestay was the best surprise of my trip! It completely exceeded my expectations. **Environment:** The homestay was spotlessly clean and tidy. The decor style was a warm and minimalist design, which I absolutely loved – it felt both stylish and incredibly relaxing, just like being at home. The actual place matched the photos exactly, even looking better in person! **Facilities:** The amenities were excellent and comprehensive. From Wi-Fi and air conditioning to kitchen utensils, the host had thought of every single detail. The bedding was especially comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly, and a hot shower was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. **Location:** The location was also fantastic. It was very convenient for transportation, with a metro/bus station nearby, making it easy to get to all the attractions and shopping areas. Despite being in such a convenient spot, it was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. **Host:** Finally, I must commend the host! They were incredibly kind and helpful, patiently answering all my questions even before check-in and providing detailed guides and directions. Their responses were always super quick whenever I needed anything, which made me feel very well taken care of and welcomed. **Overall:** This was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it to all my friends. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Holiday Inn Nanahan continue to maintain a high standard in terms of service quality as this is the second time of my visit within 6 months. The room remains as clean and tidy. The staff are all very helpful. Needless to say the location is superb in terms of transportation plus natural landscape. We did visit Zhongshan Park this time and were amazed by its tranquility. Hotel is all great and I am sure more people are keen to come cover if there are shopping center and halls nearby.

The lobby is upscale and stylish, and the rooms are impeccably clean and bright – truly nothing to fault! The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The expansive view from the window also lifted my spirits. ”Little Bear Butler” was incredibly thoughtful! Their service was impeccable, with staff always smiling and incredibly proactive. They immediately offered kids' slippers and toothbrushes when they saw we had a baby. The gym equipment was plentiful and new! Treadmills and strength training machines were all available, and most importantly, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was great to be able to use fresh equipment anytime, allowing me to stick to my workout routine even during the holiday – truly impressive! The room amenities included makeup remover wipes, an eye mask, and earplugs. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The attention to detail was absolutely perfect. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to the Science Park! Highly recommend it to families with kids, fitness enthusiasts, and business travelers alike – truly one of the most user-centric hotels I've ever experienced!

The room was nice, and the views were beautiful. However, the check-in process took excessively long. We had to wait quite a while and didn't get into our room until 5 PM. I'm unsure why housekeeping was so slow. Although they repeatedly explained the reasons – citing high occupancy and late check-outs affecting the check-in process – I still hope the hotel can improve this situation. Making guests wait so long really impacts the overall experience negatively. Despite this, the hotel as a whole is very good, and I still highly recommend staying here. The dining options were good, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's definitely a place I'd consider staying at again; I just hope check-in can be quicker next time.

Due to changes in our travel plans, we had to book our three-night stay separately in August. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring we stayed in the same room throughout our visit. Daniel at the front desk was particularly helpful, providing us with valuable information about the hotel and the surrounding area. A big thank you to him! The hotel is centrally located in the Nanshan area and is quite new and very clean. There is a subway station and plenty of dining options nearby. Our room featured a modern design and layout, with plenty of power and USB outlets, as well as smart voice control. Free self-laundry facilities are available, which may be staffed during busy hours. The breakfast area is spacious and offers a variety of Chinese and Western dishes, along with fruits, all served buffet-style. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

I rarely go out of my way to leave a positive review for a hotel, but this one truly deserves it. We checked in quite late, and the front desk upgraded our room. What's more, they didn't even ask us to leave a review; this positive feedback is purely based on our excellent overall experience. The hotel also features an outdoor relaxation area and a gym. Moreover, having a trash can right on the desk in the room was a very thoughtful touch. It's also very accommodating for business travelers, with a dedicated workspace and an ergonomic office chair. Overall, it's genuinely impressive.

The room was very spacious, and the overall ambiance felt open and pleasant. The location is excellent, situated in Nanshan District, and within walking distance to The MixC shopping mall. Breakfast was extensive, featuring local specialties like Cheung Fun (rice noodle rolls) and fish congee. Some dishes were also rotated daily. For lunch, the restaurant also offered bamboo rice with an authentic Cantonese flavor.

My previous trips to Shenzhen were always for business, but this time I decided to combine it with a vacation and booked the Youxiong Hotel. It truly changed my impression of the city. Nestled in an old quarter within an urban village, it offers the best of both worlds: delicious dining and charming small shops are just downstairs, while evenings are quiet and tranquil like a residential area. It's truly the perfect choice for spontaneous travelers who don't want the hassle of planning an itinerary. The front desk staff was excellent during check-in. Given that designers often select rather unique items, the staff member patiently explained how to use various amenities in the room and offered useful tips. On our departure day, it had just stopped raining, and the owner even used a camping trolley to help us load our luggage into the car. Plenty of photos of the rooms and decor can be found online, and they perfectly matched my expectations. The style is distinctly different from how I'd decorate my own home, which made for a refreshing and unique experience. The hotel also thoughtfully provides branded, high-quality toiletries, ensuring guests can use them with complete peace of mind. Oh, and the drinks at the downstairs coffee shop are fantastic! 👍🏼 I'll definitely be back for another stay.

Location: 50m away from Nanshan metro station and only 4 stops away from Shenzhen Bao’An International Airport. It is convenient to move around the city. My top choice for business trips to Shenzhen. Its prime location makes food delivery and taxis incredibly convenient. Parking is free, which is great, but it's a shame they no longer offer complimentary car washing. Being able to choose your pillow type is a thoughtful touch and a definite improvement. As always, the cleanliness is impeccable.
