We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!

A modern tech inspired hotel conveniently located near Dongmen Ped Street(5-10min walk) and Hubei Metro station(5-10min walk) which is a major line that goes east/west thru Shenzhen for easy travel. The rooms are modern and clean, the bathroom comes with a tech toilet. Downstairs in the lobby is a hotel cafe and next door is a McDonald's. Courtesy and friendly staff man the front desk. Ideal for those who want to be near Dongmen.

We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen.

Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! It's only 300 meters from the subway station, which made getting back from sightseeing at night incredibly convenient. The front desk attendant was so friendly and welcoming. I arrived early before my room was ready, so she offered to store my luggage and handed me a glass of iced plum juice, saying 'It's hot, this will help you cool down.' I instantly felt refreshed and relaxed. The room wasn't huge but it was exceptionally clean and fresh. The bedding had a subtle lavender scent and was so soft and comfortable. The bathroom mirror even had a magnifying makeup mirror next to it – such a thoughtful touch for female guests! For breakfast, the freshly ground soy milk and tea eggs were incredibly flavorful. The auntie in the dining area even noticed I took second helpings of fried dough sticks and offered to warm them up for me. I stayed for two nights and didn't encounter a single issue. The attention to detail truly showed how much care they put into everything. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

Originally an older upscale hotel, the facade has been recently renovated, giving the entrance a modern and grand appearance. Pros: The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Luohu Port. While the room's original furnishings have a classic, somewhat dated feel, it was spotlessly clean and offered good value for money, especially at less than 400 RMB on a Saturday. Minor drawbacks: 1. The hotel hallways have noticeably low ceilings. 2. Only 3 out of 5 elevators were operational. Major Drawbacks: 1. The banquet hall entrance was directly adjacent to my room. An event was held there in the afternoon, creating significant noise. What's more, guests could only access the banquet hall via the guest room corridor, leading to a constant stream of non-guests passing by my door. If this is the unavoidable route for banquet access, then a room in this location should absolutely not be designated as a guest room; it's only fit for a storage or linen room. 2. The air conditioning (AC) was practically useless. Even set to 18℃ with the fan on high, it only produced a very weak, slightly cool breeze. It struggled all night, only managing to cool the room to 27.5℃, resulting in an uncomfortably hot night. I checked in around noon and only returned to my room after 11:30 PM. With an early check-out the next morning for Hong Kong, I simply didn't have the energy or time to request a room change. I find it hard to believe that the previous guest wouldn't have reported this AC issue.

The surrounding area is well-equipped with commercial amenities, including major shopping malls like MixC and KKMALL, all within walking distance. This means you'll find abundant options for dining, entertainment, and recreation right at your doorstep. The hotel offers an elegant and comfortable ambiance. Its lobby features a modern and stylish design, exuding an artistic flair. It also boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, offering guests perfect venues to relax and rejuvenate. Eason and Mina from the guest relations team were particularly polite and courteous. Despite being located in a bustling commercial district, the hotel provides a tranquil retreat. Its excellent soundproofing ensures a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance. Honghu Park, a pleasant escape just a short walk away, is perfect for a leisurely stroll in the early morning or evening. Overall, with its excellent location and environment, the hotel is well-suited for both business and leisure stays.

Front desk service is very professional and excellent. As this is our first stay in this hotel, we also get to have free room upgrade. The room is clean and tidy. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We have order many parcels and the staff are very helpful in finding our orders and send to our room. The hotel breakfast contain different varieties and able to cater to all customers of different nationalities. Overall we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to stay in it again.

The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, with King Glory Plaza just across the street. The front desk staff, especially Ya Mao and another lady who assisted with check-in, provided excellent service. They were very accommodating and always willing to help with any request. A great bonus was the screen mirroring capability in the room. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel was excellent! It's newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and smartly managed. The location is superb, just 200-300 meters from Guomao Metro Station and very close to Luohu Port, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The breakfast was also great. It offers fantastic value for money. My flight was delayed due to heavy rain, and when I requested a late check-out, the hotel staff kindly accommodated my request without any hesitation. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
