The hotel is located close to the balcony Shandong, and the service is good. I would like to give special praise to manager Kaka. Because we had elderly and children when we checked in, in order to make us stay more comfortable, we specially changed to twin beds during the busy time of the hotel. This kind of service awareness can only be experienced in the old 5 hotels. The breakfast is very rich, and the service is also very good. The service staff of the room is kind, patient and meticulous. The front desk mia is also very kind and patient during the check-in. I am really satisfied to experience such service during the Chinese New Year. I will choose the Fashion Town MGallery Hotel again when I come to Shenzhen next time.
