This hotel is really good, the environment is quiet and elegant, the single-family villa is unique, the hygiene is also very clean, and breakfast is provided. It is also close to the Stone Forest Scenic Area. The back door of the scenic area is not allowed to enter, but you can leave.

I came to Shilin again and stayed at Sequoia Lake Hotel. Everything was still so familiar! The hotel has a good location, convenient travel and good surrounding environment. The facilities are a little bit outdated, but for this price, it is still a very good choice in Shilin!

Eat buffet in the hot spring area (limited to 20 hours): Very good value, the dishes are very fresh 👍
Service: Good service attitude 👍
Hygienic: There are more bugs, if it is easy to be stared at, friends should prepare the smeared medicine in advance.
Facilities: Adults and children have places to play, there is no problem with more than 6 people in private soup 👍👍
It’s also very good to pick small tomatoes and cucumbers now. There is a sightseeing car to send it. 👍👍

GGuest UserClean and sanitary, hot water temperature is suitable, the boss lady is very nice, and the recommended Xiaoqing food is also delicious. It is also close to the scenic area and goes directly to the north gate of Shilin. You can save the cost of buying a battery car

MMarissaConveniently located if one is going to Stone Forest as it is within 30 min drive vs staying at Kunming centre. The hotel is newly renovated in Jun/Jul 2023. Place is clean, modern with lift. Bed is comfortable. WiFi is good. Breakfast adequate but not fantastic. Most important it is really value for money.
The pathway to the rooms smell cigarettes. Fortunately, our rooms are cigarette smell free.

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

GGuest UserThe B&B, which I didn’t really have any expectations for, really gave me a big surprise! The boss is an elegant person at first glance. There are flowers everywhere on the corridor. There is a small garden on the roof, and there is also a reading place. If my time is not limited, I might just spend some time looking at the flowers and reading.
The B&B is right next to Ashima Square. I thought it would be noisy, but the music stopped playing in the square after ten o'clock in the evening. Maybe it is because the glass sound insulation effect is good, and there is almost no noise at night.
There is a food court next to it, so the problem of eating during the Chinese New Year is solved.
The free rock sugar oranges are delicious, a caring boss!
The possibility of traveling here again in the future is very low, but if friends come here, I will definitely recommend it to them.

GGuest UserThe room is big. I live on the 3rd floor. It is quiet and peaceful. The facilities are complete. The room is clean and sanitary. It is very close to the Stone Forest scenic spot. It only takes a few minutes to get there. I am very satisfied. The hotel also provides breakfast. It is delicious and filling. I am very satisfied.

OOLGA_GHAmazing location for those who look for a quiet, well-located and EXTREMELY beautiful place. The personnel is really nice and helpful and there’s a restaurant just behind the hotel! Strongly recommend you to try a plate with tofu! one of the most bright impressions of Shilin. I think I liked the hotel even more than the stone forest itself😂And! national clothes to try on for free in every room (for insta lovers)! 5 out of 5 at my taste!

GGuest UserLocation was good in that it was around a lot of shops and stores. Front desk people were helpful in answering any questions that I had. I felt like I didn't have much access to the kitchen in cooking my own stuff. Sometimes I was confused about whether it was okay to eat the food that the chef cooked or those meals were only for guest that paid for it. I appreciate the front desk people for loaning out their phone charger to me on a temporary basis when mine didn't work until I can get a new one.

The breakfast in the garden restaurant is diverse, and the waiters are very friendly and friendly. The service is also very good, everywhere you go. It’s refreshing and you can pick fruits.
