A few questions about the Tianyi Hotel I stayed at last night: 1. How much is the specific room rate? When I arrived at the store, I was charged 510 yuan (509 yuan on Ctrip). 2. The breakfast location and time were not informed. 3. The TV in the room was broken. Many people came and took more than an hour to deal with it. 4. There was no welcome and the attitude of the front desk staff. Too bad, maybe I went during meal time. 5. The signage is extremely unclear. 6. Mineral water costs 3 yuan a bottle 😂 This is a four-star hotel, not a chain hotel. 7Except for the beautiful surroundings, the rest is not as good as an ordinary B&B.

酒店的設施不錯，特別外圍環境非常優美，很早就見員工在噴水掃地！庭院較大，漫步休閑的好地方！
衞生需提高，注意細節，打開酒店配置的一次性牙刷，沒有塑料袋密封，牙膏是擠癟的，牙刷🪥上還留有使用後的牙膏殘留物，讓人看了非常不爽，不知是怎麼打掃的，而且使用後的東西又怎麼裝進盒子留給了下一位客户，打電話給總枱倒是重新送過來，但服務行業的確需從小事抓起，那麼美的異龍湖，漂亮的神豆黃花，今後的遊客越來越多，應該多為自己爭取遊客，為酒店也為個人爭取收入。
另提點小建議：晚上打電話給總店説是要2瓶水，總店告知要收費，3元1瓶，第一次碰到這種情況，旅遊這麼多年，去到大西北都沒有這種情況發生，有點無語，這個水去批發要不了多少錢，住客也喝不了多少啊，可能是我個人想多了，衹是覺得能更好的服務客户吧。

酒店環境非常好，佔地面積大，綠化、水景佈局超級美，就是不想出去在酒店裡走走都不錯，拍照也很出片，有種熱帶風情的感覺。早餐雖説算不上豐盛，但是米線麪條做得還是不錯的，貨真價實的湯底比小館子強了不知多少倍。唯一覺得體驗感差了一點的是衞生間的門設計不合理，還有水池龍頭不好開關。

極度 不 推 薦
服務：温馨提示大家入住一定要留【影像】資料，避免結算時服務人員扯皮，已經不是以前的天逸酒店了。
設施：酒店設施相當老舊，噴淋開關已經銹死，空調有異味。房間距離大堂超級遠，還是石板路，箱子得提着。
環境：植被很好，陽台下溝渠有泥，蚊子很多
衞生：湊合吧，手盆台和鏡子是有水漬的，熱水壺都有銹點了。
