I arrived half an hour early of check in time which is 3 o’clock,and the lady said I need to wait till exactly 3pm , I understand,
I have been travelling through Japan from karatsu , Imari , sasebo ,Nagasaki , to Obama and each hotel I arrived early sometime
more than an hour and each time the hotel was happy for me to check in early !
Not this hotel , so is a thumb down for me !

One of the few business hotels near Shimabara Port, the price and service are moderate, there are not many businesses nearby, and it is very quiet. The supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away, and the convenience store is a kilometer away... It takes more than ten minutes to walk from the port to the hotel, so it's best to take a taxi (Google Maps says 3 minutes). When I checked out, I found that the bus stop to Unzen Hot Spring was diagonally opposite the traffic light of the hotel. It was very convenient. Of course, it also went to the port, which only departed every hour or so... The front desk service and restaurant were very conscientious, and the instructions were also very detailed. In short, in addition to the surrounding area Except for the lack of places to eat, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room we arranged can see the sea. The white theme and the view of the ocean make it less of a business-like atmosphere, so I recommend it. I've been staying here many times. The staff are all very nice. Parking is free, and it's good value for money. There's also a pub nearby, so it's convenient.
