Location near industrial noisy area
Staff is aggressive and not welcome. Tourists only give good rooms for iran people, although we pay the same money

Arg Shiraz had the best location & amenities.
The only downside is the matress is too hard and there is only two front desk staff that can speak English.
We had difficulty of explaining our requirement.

I was stuck at the border and couldn't get to the hotel. I notified them two days before to cancel my reservations and they didn't grant it to me.

The room is quite big, especially the bathroom, the hot water supply is good, the room facilities are good, very clean, very quiet, close to the castle scenic area, Vakil Mosque and Vakil Bazaar.
