3-Star Hotels in Shizuoka

Very suitable for a solo traveler. It is 3-5 minutes away from the Shinkansen station and is also close to Sunpu Castle. By the way, the breakfast in this restaurant is delicious and the price-performance ratio is super high. After eating, I feel very happy.

Excellent location within walking distance to the train station, shopping alleys, museum and the fisherman market which serves good value seafood. Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and a lady actually recommend a less expensive carpark next door (500 Yen 12 hours comparing to 1200 Yen Hotel parking). More like a business hotel which provides no other leisure facility. Room price is a bit less competitive relative to other hotels I stay in other locations during this trip.

The room is much bigger than expected. It can hold two large suitcases and one can fit in it. The space is quite good for people who like shopping. The front desk is on the second floor and the whole process of machine check-in is very smooth. It is a 3-minute walk from the south exit of Shizuoka Station to the downstairs connected to 7-11. The breakfast in Japanese hotels is too cheap and the convenience store is so delicious.

A great hotel with a large public bath near the station and breakfast. I don't eat breakfast and only drink coffee, but the breakfast is so delicious. Is this what Japanese home cooking tastes like? Miso soup is my style. The small croissants are so delicious. Eat three! Since I was traveling with my mother, I chose a hotel near the station or bus terminal. On my previous trip, I stayed at Kuretake Annex Inn (5-minute walk from Ekimae). Honestly, I like Annex better. This time, I made a reservation at Ekimae because there were no seats due to the end of the year, but it's great value for money because you can sleep, walk to Shizuoka Station (5 minutes), Shin-Shizuoka Station (10 minutes), and Senoba (10 minutes). Everyone was so kind and nice, but the large public bath was so small and crowded that I couldn't use it even once. It's such a shame. ㅠㅠ Soundproofing... Especially, I can hear the sound well beyond the door.. I wonder if the students came to play in groups (it seems that many sports students use it in groups) and they are loud and shouting in groups.. I booked a room with two beds and it was really nice. Aside from the old floor feeling and soundproofing, the hot water, heater, and air conditioner are really nice. There is also a Ministop convenience store 1 minute away and a Lawson 3 minutes across the street. If the breakfast place is open in the evening, it would be so nice to forget what I bought at the convenience store ㅜㅜ It's too small to eat in the room Still recommended😀

Excellent location right next to the Shizuoka JR station. Really appreciate they will still drop you towels and water while on DND mode policy. Laundromat and ice machine all equipped. But breakfast is not good only serving different types of bread even it’s from famous bakery

I had such a happy time with my boyfriend for the first time. The corner room was really great… I want to go there again. It was a trip that I will always remember in my life.

It is located about 1-2 minutes walk from Shin-Shizuoka Station and 5-7 minutes walk from Shizuoka Station. There was a little talk about the service of the staff in the later period, but when I went, all the staff were kind. Considering the location and price, the price is the best

The room is not small, and it is a 10-minute walk from Shizuoka JR Station. The bus to Shizuoka Airport is also there. There is a free happy hour in the evening, and there are free soba noodles and shrimp tempura, which are delicious. The hot spring is small, but it is very comfortable to soak in. There are a lot of breakfasts, a lot of people, and the dishes are good.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It is very conveniently located in the center of Shizuoka and close to the station. There are restaurants nearby. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. It is a good accommodation experience in Shizuoka.

Toothbrushes are not provided, so bring your own. Slippers are provided in the room, but I was a little hesitant, so I bought disposable slippers at the front desk for 60 yen. Other than that, everything you need is available for free, and the facilities were comfortable and convenient. The plan included breakfast, and although the number of items was small, it was good that everything was available. This was my first time staying at Toyoko Inn, but I would definitely use it again.
