Probably the best hotel in the city. The location is a bit far from the city, but it’s very quiet and safe. The hotel is very classy and the staff are professional. The room was nice and clean, and the price was reasonable. The newly opened hotel had a bit of smell, but it was much better after we changed the room the next day. There are many types of breakfast, and I recommend the mutton offal noodles, which are quite unique.

AAnonymous User在懷仁出差快一年，每次都住這裏，少説也有十幾次了。酒店硬件，配套，服務，備品，各方面都很好。一般懶得來評。默認它就是很好，不然也不會一直住這裏。但今天扣這一分，給前台那位男士。早晨發現備品沒有刮鬍刀，8:13打電話讓送一個，等到8:24還沒送上來。期間我去敲了布草間的門沒人。打第二個電話告訴他還沒送上來，特別橫的口氣“房掃在三樓”，我説“需要我自己去三樓拿?”，斬釘截鐵“不用!”，我問“那還得多久?我着急出門”，“等會兒”，“等多久?”，“十來分鐘”，“那麼久，前台有嗎?我自己去拿”，果斷兩個字“沒有!”。哇塞，這個態度，震驚到我了。搞得一時間分不清誰為誰服務，弄得我説話都窩囊起來了。請問酒店是新招了一位“大yé”嗎?

JJackieXIt is reported to be the best hotel in Yingxian. Staff service is very warm. Call early to communicate and leave us 3 Chaoyang rooms. Even if it is not heated, it does not feel cold. We chose to have dinner on the first floor of the hotel and the amount was sufficient. Breakfast buffet, a lot of styles, if there is a bright stall to cook noodles, it is better. The room smelled a bit of smoke and the refurbished wooden board wall glue smelled, there was no place to hang clothes in the bathroom, the sink was small, and the makeup bag could not be put.
