"Xiao Zhu at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, the blankets were very comfortable, and I slept very well. "Excellent! We were on a road trip and passed through Shuozhou. At first, my friend was getting a little upset because she couldn't find the hotel. We called the receptionist, and she patiently gave us directions. Her gentle and humorous manner calmed my friend down. Even though it was a cold night, she went out to help us with our luggage. As soon as we entered, she offered us hot tea and pastries. She was incredibly friendly and professional. When she saw we wanted to go out for dinner, she recommended a restaurant based on our preferences. We tried it, and it was indeed very good! Although the hotel is newly opened, you can tell the service training is excellent. I saw her name tagโshe's the service manager! Great job! Thumbs up! ๐ Her every smile and gesture is an industry benchmark. She soothed our travel fatigue. It truly lives up to its name as a Ji Hotel. Having this stop on our road trip was the icing on the cake. Hope she continues to maintain this standard; we'll definitely come back again!"

bjma209After visiting the Wooden Pagoda of Yingxian County and Jingtu Temple, I checked into this hotel. I loved it! The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They proactively offered information about the surrounding area and local specialty snacks. There's parking right outside, which is perfect for those traveling by car. Plus, it's only a ten-minute walk to the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda.

Environment: Quite quiet, with a view of the Wooden Pagoda. Higher floors offer expansive views.
Service: The service is what truly deserves praise. I noticed they benchmark themselves against Pang Dong Lai (a popular supermarket known for excellent service) and Haidilao (a famous hot pot chain also renowned for its service), and I genuinely feel it's quite similar. Achieving this level of service in a county-level city is truly commendable. Keep up the good work!

This stay was extremely satisfactory, exceeding my expectations overall.
Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean; the floor, table, and bedding were spotless and odorless. The bathroom was also clean and free of stains. Attention to detail made for a comfortable and reassuring stay.
Environment and Facilities: The room, located on the first floor, had excellent natural light and a well-designed layout. Soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained; the air conditioning, hot water, and bedding were all very comfortable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Service: I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM, and the front desk staff responded promptly, were warm and polite, and provided efficient check-in and check-out. Their attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very comfortable.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, excellent value for money, and they paid great attention to every detail. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
Because it was winter, some breakfast items were served lukewarm. I hope this can be improved.

What I found through ** was the happiest and most comfortable experience during this trip. Itโs such a tall hotel. Itโs also the best five-star hotel Iโve ever stayed in. Itโs super clean, the room is very big, the design is great, and the breakfast is great. I canโt even eat it! There are more than 100 varieties, and they are super exquisite, including strawberries in sugar water, steamed pork ribs, rice rolls, and shaved noodles. I am so impressed. You can also order freely on the second floor in the evening, which is cheap and delicious! I think we paid back half of the 500-plus room fee, haha๐, I really want to stay here again.
