"Excellent! We were on a road trip and passed through Shuozhou. At first, my friend was getting a little upset because she couldn't find the hotel. We called the receptionist, and she patiently gave us directions. Her gentle and humorous manner calmed my friend down. Even though it was a cold night, she went out to help us with our luggage. As soon as we entered, she offered us hot tea and pastries. She was incredibly friendly and professional. When she saw we wanted to go out for dinner, she recommended a restaurant based on our preferences. We tried it, and it was indeed very good! Although the hotel is newly opened, you can tell the service training is excellent. I saw her name tagโshe's the service manager! Great job! Thumbs up! ๐ Her every smile and gesture is an industry benchmark. She soothed our travel fatigue. It truly lives up to its name as a Ji Hotel. Having this stop on our road trip was the icing on the cake. Hope she continues to maintain this standard; we'll definitely come back again!"

"Advantages: 1. Great surrounding environment! Large parking lot โ convenient for vehicles. The room windows are huge and beautiful. 2. Excellent front desk and room service! Super fast response time! They even thoughtfully provided water upon check-out. 3. Comfortable bedding. 4. Comfortable room temperature, not overly hot. 5. The room lighting is scientifically designed, not overly complicated, and can be completely dark โ very comfortable.
Cleanliness: There were red oil spots on the blankets; the front desk and room staff promptly and politely helped replace them.
Facilities: The overhead shower only had half water flow; the water flow was very weak for such a high showerhead, making it uncomfortable for those used to overhead showers. The toilet didn't have a heater, and the toilet seat wasn't very comfortable.
Environment: When there were many guests, the soundproofing between rooms was average.
As a 4-star hotel, there were no smart devices, and only two bottles of water were provided in the room.
Compared to other hotels of the same type, it's slightly inferior.
The breakfast was pretty good."

"The room is generally acceptable. The configuration of four machines can basically play the current mainstream games. The only thing is that the toilet needs to be optimized. The current toilet gasket and toilet are not original. The gasket is smaller than the toilet, which makes it not very comfortable to use. I hope it can be improved."

"Let me start with the advantages:
The hotel is newly renovated, the room is very new and very clean. Because the north is very dry, a humidifier is also prepared, which is very intimate.
Disadvantages:
The front desk service level needs to be improved. It is already 14 o'clock. I was told that the room has not been cleaned... There is no other solution, meaning that I can wait.
There is a fountain downstairs, and it starts to be noisy early in the morning. This fountain is also a unnecessary existence and not beautiful. It is noisy. I think I am in the water curtain hole when I sleep in the morning."

Bbjma209After visiting the Wooden Pagoda of Yingxian County and Jingtu Temple, I checked into this hotel. I loved it! The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They proactively offered information about the surrounding area and local specialty snacks. There's parking right outside, which is perfect for those traveling by car. Plus, it's only a ten-minute walk to the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda.

YYujianshaouThis hotel, tucked away in a residential area, was a wonderful surprise. The room was much more spacious than I expected, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout, complete with a kitchen, tea room, living room, and dining area. A washing machine and refrigerator were also provided. Stepping into the room felt like coming home; it was incredibly welcoming.
The restaurant was also quite unique, offering complimentary coffee and tea. It was very comfortable to sit down and enjoy a hot drink. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting me with a smile and responding promptly to any requests.
Of all the hotels I stayed at during my 7-day trip, this was the most satisfying. With its comprehensive facilities and warm atmosphere, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

LLvhouDuring my self-driving trip to Shanxi from Beijing, I had the best experience at this hotel. It was surprising that there was a Marriott Hyatt Hotel in an ordinary county like Ying County, and the price-performance ratio was very high.
The hotel service was very detailed and warm, especially the free vehicle washing service for self-driving drivers, which was great!
The restaurant's method of ordering dishes by drawing bamboo sticks was very novel. The food was good and cheap. I felt that many of the dinner customers were local family gatherings, mainly because the dining environment and price-performance ratio were too suitable.
The lobby area was estimated by me and walked sideways. It was about 20X30 meters, very wide, and the area was so large that it was astonishing.

GGuest UserThe hotel is more than 20 kilometers away from Yingxian Wooden Pagoda. There are not many people living there, and there is a large parking lot in the yard, which is very safe. The hotel's hygiene is not bad and the bedding is also very good. Due to an unexpected power outage the morning after check-in, the hotel tried its best to prepare breakfast for everyone, and the employees were working hard to provide services to the guests. grateful!
