"Honestly, no exaggeration, this place is really close to the airport, and the breakfast was good. The rooftop pool is a highlight – swimming while watching planes take off and land is an amazing experience. What really surprised me was the front desk staff; they were incredibly service-oriented, polite, and always greeted me with a smile, which left a fantastic impression! There's a very professional SPA on the sixth floor that's definitely worth checking out. Finally, the only real drawback is that the windows in the cheaper rooms don't open. The air circulation isn't great, and there was a bit of a stale smell. The platform showed these rooms had windows, but they just don't open. If you're sensitive to that, I'd recommend booking a slightly more expensive room. And when you're in Bali, you absolutely have to visit Kelingking Beach – it's breathtaking in person..."

"So, this hotel is super close to Bali airport, which is handy! Plus, it's surrounded by tons of cool local spots to check out, and the beach and ocean are literally right there. Inside, the hotel's got this awesome water play zone – kinda like a mini waterpark – and a little sandy area for kiddos to play. Oh, and you can even play water polo! The whole place is pretty big, too. The best part? They offer free photo shoots, which is amazing for getting some sweet family pics! They have a teams of photographers and tonnes of props!"

"I had a pleasant stay at Stark Boutique Hotel during my trip. The breakfast was really nice with a good variety to start the day. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, which made it a great place to relax after going out. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The location is also very convenient — there is a mall nearby and many marts and souvenir shops around the area. It was easy to grab snacks or buy souvenirs if we missed anything earlier. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a good location, friendly service, and nice breakfast. I would recommend it to travelers visiting the area."

"Overall, I rated this hotel as Good. But there are some minor points that needs improvements. I dont know the intentions of the owner. Let me put it this way, if you already have full focus on maintenance and renewal of some airconditioners, then is ok. Because I cant stand the noisy airco's. By the way, the thermostat knob was already broken. The staff are very friendly en service minded. I do give positive criticism for you to improve. If you dont want to improve is also fine. The trash bin in toilet at Ground floor (close to reception), see photo, you need to bend over and open the lid to put something in there, is too much work and your hands will become dirty again when you touch that lid. Then the breakfast: You get what you paid for, yes I understand. A slightly minor comment: Make the closing (10 am) a smooth closing, dont rushing into it, customers are not awake yet. Im getting nervous when personel are clearly making cleaning noises. Overall it is a good hotel. Keep on going make things pretty and sturdy. Terima kasih. Freddy."

"The hotel environment is really nice, and the ocean is particularly beautiful on a sunny day. The hotel's breakfast wasn't really suitable for us; it was mostly vermicelli and similar dishes, and there were a lot of Western guests. The hotel staff were very friendly and would proactively greet us whenever they saw us. The room facilities were a bit old; on the first day of our stay, the sink was clogged and unusable. After we spoke to the staff the next day, they came to fix it immediately. There were some small bugs in the room, but I suppose it might be better than other villas. The water quality in Bali generally isn't very good, so we brought our own water filters. We had to replace the filter cartridge every night. If you're traveling with kids, I recommend bringing your own."

"1. Free airport pick-up! The driver was super proactive, greeting me and confirming my name, and even helped with my luggage into the car. (I'd read on Xiaohongshu about Bali's tipping culture, but the driver didn't hint at a tip at all, and I didn't offer one since I had no small change right after landing. I didn't pay any extra fees throughout my stay, full marks!) 2. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities weren't outdated. (The outlets directly fit Chinese plugs, no adapter needed, though two-prong Chinese plugs were a bit loose and would fall out. Luckily, I brought a three-prong power strip, which worked perfectly – excellent!) 3. Dinner was delicious (it was à la carte from a menu). The stir-fried rice noodles were incredibly fragrant, even better than in China 😋. Breakfast was a buffet and also very tasty, full marks. 4. The hotel service was absolutely incredible, and this is the most important reason I'm giving this hotel full marks. The genuine warmth and hospitality, with absolutely no discrimination against Chinese guests, made for a fantastic experience. So comfortable! In summary, budget travelers can stay here with confidence – it's great value for money. If you only stay in luxury hotels, then don't come here to nitpick; you can't expect a premium experience for a few hundred bucks."

"The hotel location is Ok.. Family friendly.. Staff are exceptionally helpful and good.. But the hotel is Run down.. The room we were allocated..did not have hotwater fro 4 days out of 5 days we stayed... But the staff did bring in buckets of water for our need.. Not ideal..there is no shuttle from the hotel to anywhere... Their lift is down and have to climb lots of steps.. Their kitchen is not operational..so no food at the hotel ..but there are good eating places around within20 mins walking distance.. Although not ideal.. OK. Special mention to staff.. Amir, Azeem and Dewi...they are very good and helpful."
