"The room was very close to the Medina Mosque. The hotel had a lot of foot traffic, and the rooms were kept quite clean. However, with so many guests, breakfast was very chaotic, and cleaning wasn't as prompt as it could have been."

The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. "The hotel is new, clean, and very high-class. The staff is very attentive, especially the receptionist, Hazim. The hotel is very close to the Prophet's Mosque; it feels like two minutes away. About a hundred to two hundred meters from the hotel, you begin to see the minarets of the Prophet's Mosque. It's located in the opposite direction from the Glamamah Mosque. I booked it twice. On the first day, August 4, 2026, it was 5,600 rubles with breakfast included, using the Trip app. After a few days, the price increased slightly to 8,000 rubles with breakfast, but I booked subsequent days through Ozon for 5,700 rubles without breakfast. The tickets were also the cheapest through the Ozon marketplace. I checked into this hotel on August 5, 2026."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The property was comfortable and offered a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. That said, there are a few areas where improvement would make the stay even better. Some facilities felt a bit outdated, and service in certain areas could be more consistent. With a little more attention to detail, this hotel has the potential to be excellent. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future."
