We stayed there for a week as a family—two adults and two children—and overall, we had a great time. The hotel rooms definitely need renovation, but the lobby and restaurant were nice, and the pool area was cozy. However, since we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, the room standard wasn’t a big issue. We got two connecting rooms, just as we requested, so we were happy. In the end, we mostly just slept there. One of the best things was the variety of beaches to choose from. Each day, we could visit a different one. There was also a water park and an indoor pool facility in case of rain. The water park had an entrance fee, though it was half price when we were there, while the indoor pools at a nearby hotel were free to use. The hotel offered shuttle cars for getting around the area, but we also enjoyed walking along the beach promenade. Every evening, there was an outdoor movie screening, a small train running along the promenade, and several restaurants by the water. A Uber ride to Šibenik Old Town cost around 10 euros, and we went there most evenings. It’s an incredibly beautiful city with amazing restaurants, offering a more authentic Croatian experience. Plus, if you’re a Game of Thrones fan, some scenes were filmed there. In summary, this is a great place if you’re looking for a typical family-friendly resort with plenty of activities—though many of them come at an extra cost. If you’re after something more authentic, this might not be the place for you.

What a hell hole. Rooms smelling like sigarettes, like being in a bar in 1995 again. "Fully booked", so no alternative. Door doesn't close without pulling a key. Complained at management, but we only got the fully booked line. What a disgrace. After spending time in Croatia in Bellevue in Porec and Fenomen Plitvice this is a heavy disappointment.

We stayed at Niko hotel for two nights as a family of four. Hotel lobby and first impression is of a 5* hotel. The room however was far from great, very cramped for four people, only two chairs so we couldn’t all sit at the balcony, tiny bathroom, barely working aircon, no plugs to charge phones (!), no working telephone to call reception, and no lift so all luggage had to be hauled up and down stairs. There are two nice pools but both are shallow. so not great for adults. Also, car parking is charged extra, which I found surprising. Staff very friendly and helpful though, made up for the hotel’s many shortcomings.

Excellent position of the hotel, great and proffesional service, staff very kind and at your service, swimming pool area pleasent, room clean and cozy! The beautifull beach is only few steps away with many different facilities. We spent a lot of time in the pastry Sweet Dreams and Mediteranian City restaurants. Really excellent. Hotel Niko is 3 star hotel but it deserves an outstanding rates. Special thanks to Ms. Anja (reception) and to young and capable director! We will come again for sure 👍🏻

Amazing staff! Exeptional service from everyone from the FO staff through the bar/restaurant to the housekeeping! Everything was just perfect and beautiful-only minus is that the rooms are a little outdated-but besides that -the best choice ! The whole amadria park is gorgeous and the best for families! Special thanks to the general manager of the hotel Niko -Jakov!!!-he is just the best !!!!!

Almost every year we spend the pre-season in this wonderful resort and Hotel Niko and every year it gets better and better. The service is as always professional and hospitable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the environment is indescribable. We especially liked the game room for children, which is new and we'll definitely be back in this beautiful place next year!!

Hotel Niko is such a charming place to visit! The entire complex of Amadria park is a wonderful architectural composition designed by legendary Yugoslav-era Croatian architect Boris Magaš, with such powerful presence that you are being transported to a completely different era at very first glance. But hotel Niko has something that differes it from other, maybe a bit fancier hotels in the complex: ITS STAFF! What a bunch of amazing people! Nikolina, Maid, Mate, Slobodan and so many others whose names I didn’t catch. Everything they do is so smooth, effortless, warm and welcoming. Probably the best experience I have ever had at a hotel! Apart from that, I loved the gardens, breakfast and the restaurant, amazing viewe from the terrace and beautiful outdoor furniture! The gardens are so heavenly, as well ass the pool area. Even though the rooms still have the retro look, I promise you that you will have the best sleep ever sleeping at their super-comfy mattresses. Warmest greetings and thank you to wonderful people of Niko hotel! <3

Stayed at the ressort in connection with a conference more specifically Hotel Niko. It seems that only the lobby area has been renovated as the room is quite dated - clean though. Furthermore no accessible power socket exists and the only to be found is behind the desk. The overall fell is that you are money cattle which are to be milked at any chance they get. Dont know if it is a result of the change to EUR or the prices just are beefed up to a crazy level as everything is priced as if you were in the Scandinavian countries. I would only go back if someone payed me to do so
