"Very poor service. The campsite itself is beautiful, but it is extremely overpriced. I have stayed at many campsites and resorts, and this is the first time I have experienced having to pay extra for absolutely everything you want to use — even just to visit the Dalmatian Ethno Village. So, basically, you get nothing except the sea, which has very little shade, and even the sun loungers have to be paid for separately. The service at the bars is also terrible. There are no waiters; it is self-service, yet the prices are extremely high. Overall, the service is absolutely unacceptable considering the price you pay. The children’s entertainment is practically non-existent, even though the website advertised a mini club, mini disco, and a full programme of activities for children. None of this was actually available. Basically, everything advertised on the website doesnt exist. Very disappointed"

"Well we were so happy with our holidays , everyone especially Kristina and Nataly Ivan from the pool are great, the pool boys Hristijan, Zdravko and Miodrag as well . Dragana , Nikola and the whole restaurant crew especially Izet, Aljosa , Mateja , Tijana, Zanele… The whole reception is so nice and helpful . The cleaning lady’s Ivanka , Suzanna and Jadranka, the souvenir shop lady Suzana and Bozica. Emilia is so nice as well . And r reception chef Bozena and the manger Pavic. We r feeling like we r at home … Everything is so good organized , so clean , and we can’t wait to come again. The rooms r so clean , the buffet is so huge …. We can’t wait to come again ."

"The location is convenient and fairly clean. I'd stay during the off-season, and this place has a rather peculiar approach to opening hours during this time. The reception is closed, and I had trouble registering. The bar is also closed. If you have any problems, communication is only possible remotely. There's no kettle, cups, or plates. More precisely, there is a bar somewhere, but it's closed and it says guests can't access it. It's fine for a couple of nights if you book a private room and the price is good. Not for more than that."

"Originally I lived in Zadar, but I changed my itinerary to go to Sibenik, and it was worth the trip. The location is very good, in the center of the attractions. The hotel entrance corridor is in the middle of the outdoor restaurant and is easy to miss. The service is very good, and the attitude of the front desk is the best among all the hotels in this Eastern Europe trip. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner was also special. The only drawback is that the air conditioning in room 106 was very noisy and had to be turned off at night. Fortunately, it was not hot at night."

"The room was so small, dark and without air that it was too claustrophobic to stay for three nights, even though it was classified as a double room with a sea view, so this is not a hotel for your summer vacation. It was definitely below minimum standard of comfort for two people, especially in summer months, because it can barely accomodate one person with one piece of luggage. The hotel and its facilities were not properly air-conditioned, breakfast was also poor and if you like to sleep late on vacation, you might be left with quite limited selection. Cleanliness most certainly leaves room for improvement, while the rooms and the hotel facilities need urgent refurbishment. The only good thing about this hotel is its location, but the price is definitely too high for the quality of accommodation and service."

"This hotel is located in the heart of Sibenik. However the distance from the bus station is walkable. The high street is just outside the door and the other attractions nearby at walking distance. The room was very good with excessive decoration and everything a traveler needs. The very good breakfast is served opposite the building in a very pleasant location. It is not a buffet but you need to choose whatever you want from the menu offered. The staff kind and helpful. It is a great choice to enjoy your stay there. The only negative is the high price."
