Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Sibiu! The location is perfect—right next to a beautiful park, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is spotless, with impeccable cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality. The indoor pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations, serving delicious food with a great variety of dishes. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sibiu. I will definitely be returning!

It was, unfortunately to say, one of the worst experience in an Ibis Hotel. I was very excited before the arrival, knowing that this is a new hotel in Sibiu. But almost everything is bad here. They say that are not noisy, and maybe they are, but their neighbors are not. Second, you are not informed at the reception that in the same place there are two hotels: Mercure and Ibis Styles, that are sharing the same restaurant. The access to the Ibis Styles rooms is very complicated, and you have to manage how to get to your room, because nobody will guide you from the Reception. And, on top of that, we had a fire alarm in the middle of tne night. And the rooms are not cleaned. Otherwise, the breakfast is good and the location quite central.
