"No body lotion and every woman wants lotion after she showers. The room had a lovely little balcony, too bad it didn’t have two chairs so we could sit out there and have a glass of wine. "We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The pool and sauna area is superb, with a variety of options that are very well maintained. We also enjoyed a couples’ stress-relief massage which was absolutely fantastic – we felt completely relaxed afterwards. The room was spacious, clean, and welcoming, with everything in perfect order. The restaurant area is also worth mentioning: pleasant décor, a relaxing atmosphere, a very tasty pizza, and a flavorful cocktail that we truly enjoyed. The receptionist was kind and even waived the breakfast charge for one day. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended."

"This is the third time when I stay at Hilton Sibiu and my only choice of accommodation when I visit this city. The location is very convenient, near the zoo and Astra village museum, in a quite area, surrounded by forest and greenery. The city center is quite accessible, just a 10 minuted ride by car. We preferred to leave our car in the parking lot at the hotel and use the convenient public transportation - bus # 13, which has the bus stop right near the hotel. Uber & Bolt are also a good, affordable solution for anyone. The rooms are very spacious, with large and comfortable beds. We appreciated the balcony and the bidet in the bathroom, this kind of features are not very common in hotels. The breakfast was just outstanding, with a very large selection that will satisfy every taste. My recommendation is not to miss the local goodies, with traditional Romanian food. This might open your curiosity to try other traditional dishes at "Camara Boierului" restaurant, which I recommend not only for the food, but also for the decoration. Prosecco at breakfast is a nice touch, I like to end the meal with a mimosa cocktail. I just want to add that staying at the Hilton will grant you the access to a variety of services such as: Executive Lounge, massage services, pool, sauna, etc"

"Found 2 individuals from the hotel preparing to put up Xmas decorations’ despite do not disturb sign on door and nobody from the hotel advised or called me to let me know. When raised to the manager, she seemed more concerned that I asked them to leave my room rather than the fact they were there. Felt like a scam of some sort so promptly checked out (was meant to stay another night). Hotel is in a great location, rooms are tired and old, needs massive refurbishment and need for staff to understand customer service and respect guests room privacy. So many other better options in the town square for example Rabbit Hole. Would avoid at all costs."
