The rooms were clean and very pleasant. It's a bit far from the center, but we were advised to take an Uber, and it was a great choice!"

"May 17th John Powell called and confirmed a room for myself and he said he talked to the manager, booking for 5 days. He called again 10 minutes before I arrived to confirm and was told it was set. I was there for a funeral. When I got there, the lady at the desk was more than pleasant and actually should be the manager, told me she couldn't find me listed. I had John call to confirm we had the right place. I was standing right there. She called the manager and he said he would take care of it when he came in. He was not a nice person. John said he talked to the manager to book it. So it would have been him. He said he checked and there was no booking and the woman that answered the phone earlier was mistaken. I said ok, well we will wait til one was available then. He said NO, we are booked up. If he was a responsible manager he would have said let me find you another room in the area. But he just brushed me off. Rude I went to another hotel, hearing what Best Western did, gave me a room immediately and discounted."

"I had very high hopes coming to this hotel because it's part of the Mercure franchise but my expectations were far exceeded. From the amazing design of the lobby and the incredibly polite and helpful staff at the reception to the rooms and their level of cleanliness, this hotel was truly a 4 Star Experience. It's very close to the airport and I needed a shuttle service early in the morning, after the awesome breakfast and the staff kindly helped me reserve one. Also the fact that I could've gone to their gym which is open 24/7 free of charge after a long day out was helpful as well. Overall, immaculate experience and I will come back for sure because I love Sibiu!"

"We chose this hotel because it was close to the bus station. It's a small, privately owned hotel. Cozy and clean. Friendly and attentive service. The only downside is that it's very noisy. You can hear the water running and dripping in the next room and from the upstairs floor, and you can hear all conversations both in the rooms and from the street. There's a complete lack of soundproofing. We couldn't get a good night's sleep over two nights."

"We got an apartment in the hotel which was very well sized with multiple lounges and a bedroom, along with space outside with seats and a table. As the hotel advertises, the reception is not open at all times, but beware that on the day of arrival, you should let the hotel know when you're expected to get there to make sure someone's available to check you in. We didn't do this and were lucky to catch the person at reception just heading out for a while. A great location for exploring the city too."
