"We chose this hotel because it was close to the bus station. It's a small, privately owned hotel. Cozy and clean. Friendly and attentive service. The only downside is that it's very noisy. You can hear the water running and dripping in the next room and from the upstairs floor, and you can hear all conversations both in the rooms and from the street. There's a complete lack of soundproofing. We couldn't get a good night's sleep over two nights."

"The room I stayed in was the simplest so far in the trip, but the service was ok. The service at the front desk and the restaurant was very good. I just felt like something was wrong. I cried here and had an unhappy time. It was quiet, surrounded by sports fields and parks. The water in Sibiu is particularly good, sweet, and free of alkaline water."

"Stayed for 2 nights in mid September 2025 in the deluxe double room. The hotel is located near the old town of Sibiu. It is within walking distance to the big and small square. Room was of a good size with a large bathtub and large shower room with toilet. Not suitable though for friends if you plan to use the bathtub, as it is not enclosed. Room has basic amenities, good wifi but no USB charging points. The shower area in the room that I stayed has slanting roof, so not good for tall person to use. No rain shower. Breakfast has much variety and was delicious. The staff were friendly especially the lady who attended to me at the reception. She was all smiles and never fail to greet and have small chats with the guests. I was also able to deposit my luggage after I checked out and returned quite late in the night to take back my luggage, as I had a night train."

"Amazing hotel. I stayed for 6 days in a business trip and was quite impressed. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms big and very modern and always clean. The breakfast is great and unexpectedly full of everything you may need! Really great experience! And the restaurant and evening bar...service is 5 of 5! And all this because of a great management and the staff. Livia Hoffman, the GM is making sure everything is above and beyond expectations!
