Serene hotel setting located in a peaceful and quiet area and yet walkable to pub street (about 18-20 mins walk). Friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast (choice of American, Thai fried rice/noodles, pancakes or yoghurt+cereals Clean room, bathroom and linens. Room and bathroom are spacious!

A great, quiet little place, far enough away from the city to make it peaceful, yet only 2-3 minutes away in a tuktuk.
Wonderful staff that were super friendly and did their very best to be supportive ❤️ 🙏
The room was adequate and fitting of its price point, and it was well cleaned 👌
However, the lovely staff could have been trained a lot more thoroughly, which I aim only towards the management.
The pool could have been cleaned more often and its condition kept us from using it.
Despite all of this, I do actually recommend

They've upgrade us to suite room without any charge and offer early check in for us. The breakfast is nice and quite place to relax. The room we got have a separate toilet and shower. we do love the bathtub and the design. We definitely comeback to this place .

The guys working at the reception were very helpful and friendly.
When we arrived they didn't find the room reservation but they were very responsive and gave us the last available room. Luckily there was still a free room. Trip.com didn't handle the situation at all and tried to blame the hotel management.
The room was clean but there was an unpleasant smell of sewage inside.
The very old model air conditioner had problems working (the remote control didn't respond to commands even after they replaced it with another one).
We also booked breakfast but it wasn't up to par at all. The food wasn't good, in fact we had breakfast outside the hotel even though it had already been paid for.
The structure overall wasn't bad, but it needs to be modernized.
