Excellent stay , good ambious, cleaning ness,food serving very disciplined manner especially pooja and ratna.near to main high way and also Bagdogra airport,good wifi services in all places. Iam feeling stay at this place is very memorable

Excellent service.Comfort and warmth key factors. The staff all around were polite and ready to help. Ratna needs a spe ial mention. On a very busy day she served us without a trace of irritation .Very happy with the staff ,food and the room. Bright room with pleasing colours and a comfortable bed

The people here is very nice. I met Ratna Burman in the restaurant. She was excellent. Rohit was also brilliant. The service was great. I loved the room and the ambience. Love to come back again. Except the hotel to stay connected with me. Best wishes

Hi its sushanta from siliguri.I want to express my feedback regarding the sinclairs hotel,siliguri.From 28th to 30th January 2025 i visited the hotel for conference purpose, I totally astonished about there services.the food quality was tremendously good like their staffs behaviour and service.Because of their dedication to passionate the also maintained hygiene and cleanliness there....

Service at Breakfast by Ms Puja Baraik & Manoj was excellent!! Good spread in menu for breakfast, and quite tasty too!!!!!!! Keep it up!! Also, please reduce the number of minimum characters from two hundred.……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Very good but please arrange washing system at dinning place.staff service very good.fooding and lodging very good and rooms are nice and comfortable.overall management are careful . Specialy help desk are very very good.hotel atmosphere are like a home.

Welcome kit was missing ( chocolate and biscuit) Nonveg was not there in the breakfast buffet Music system not working in Gym. However front desk manager was quite helpful and arranged things on request. Before next visit these improvements are mandatory.
