📍 Mallaguri, Hill Cart Rd, Siliguri

"This is my second time staying at this hotel when I come to India for business. Last time, I forgot my pillow there. I called and asked them to find it, and they called back shortly after, happily informing me they'd found it. A few days later, I drove 200 km for my personal pillow, and after waiting an hour, they told me it would be ready tomorrow! I had a flight, so I had to leave without it!"

"I recently stayed at Hotel Cinderella and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a good variety of options. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were well-maintained and added to the relaxing ambiance. Overall, Hotel Cinderella exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for a pleasant and memorable stay."

Trinity

📍 Lexicon More, near Maruti Suzuki Service Center, Matigara, Siliguri

"I chose Trinity Hotel Lexicon Matigara for a small anniversary stay but was disappointed by several issues. I had specifically requested a room away from the lift with a good view, yet the assigned room was directly in front of the lift and faced the side of the building with a poor view. The room location caused repeated noise and lack of privacy, which affected our celebration. While the staff were polite, the room allocation felt careless and not in line with the booking request. If this is how room assignments are handled at this property, I’m hesitant to book again. I hope management improves communication and respects guest preferences so future stays better match expectations."

"Hotel stay was good same with it's ambience. Located in township due to that a silent atmosphere can be find where you can enjoy piece of mind. Only issue was the room provided has a issue with automatic lock which was not fixed even after reported to the administration."

The Autograph Inn ★★★
"The one-night stay was truly enjoyable. The room was more spacious than I expected—clean, airy, and comfortable. The washroom was surprisingly large as well. I especially loved the twin bed concept; it's perfect for those who value a peaceful night’s sleep while travelling. Definitely recommended!"
