Bugis Hovoh Boutique Service Apt

I would give zero stars if it were possible. We booked a month ahead for a whole week over F1 weekend, and they canceled on us two days before check-in. As we were scrambling around to rebook, we found the same listing on various booking sites—the exact same room we booked but priced 2.5x higher. Really dishonest business.

Lovely apartment, clean, recently renovated and very well located. Great communication and friendly staff. Stayed with family and they provided everything we needed for a stay with baby and toddler. Highly recommend for a stay in Singapore.

Hovoh's apt is located in Bugis, which is surrounded by shopping malls and traditional markets. Apt is spacious, furniture and equipment are well designed, and the cleaning service is friendly and super. To address my concern as a light sleeper, Hovoh's team provided us an apt facing the back alley and solved the possible issues, it's very considerate and appreciated.

This 'boutique' serviced apartment is excellent. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment (bedroom + living room + kitchen) for 11 days. All facilities are available, including very thoughtful ones like plug converter and extender, water filter, clock, etc. POts, pans and cutlery aplenty! Breakfast (included) was excellent. The manager and staff were always helpful and accommodating. Very conveniently located to MRT, shopping, restaurants, etc. Everything was clean and spiffy. We really liked this place, and will definitely stay here during our next long visit to Singapore!

The stay was excellent early check and easy check out. The place was filled with everything we need and it was clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was paid but it was delicious so do check it out. The room had microwave, washing machine, iron, cups cutlery etc. All In all a very good stay. The place is easy accessible by mrt and very convenient to access to other tourist places too

Deserving of a detailed review 1. Top of the list... Great staff! Very welcoming, warm, kind, great communication skills. The manager Mr. Rey Anabo was at the top of his game and Mr. Terry who happened to be on his first day on the job when we arrived seemed like he's been working for Hovoh and hospitality industry for quite a long time. Great staff! 2. The apartment is very clean and the positioning and choices of furnitures and appliances are well thought of. 3. The bed, cover and pillows are obviously very high-quality. 4. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and towels are top-notch as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and made our SG stay relaxing and great! We will definitely come back again! Thank you very much for a great experience!
