We faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief. Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery. The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.

Room: it was clean. They have filtered water faucet! Location: near to the malls, the supermarket nearby at funan and Raffles city. Its 5 minutes walk to city hall mrt which is convenient if you wanna go around singapore. Breakfast: it can be crowded depends on the time you go. I went around between 8 and 10am. There's still queue. But you'll get a table within 10 mins. The food were great. Check in: it was seamless. Great customer service! Amenities: gym is 24hrs and good equipment. They have 2 pool, one at the rooftop and one at lvl3.

Excellent experience! The team at the desk was lovely, and so was the waitress at the breakfast. Probably the smallest room we've ever stayed at, but it had everything we needed and was super comfortable as well. Everything was clean and in perfect working other, except for the fridge that was warmer inside than the room, but it didn't bother us. Gym is super modern and great if you are looking for cardio, not great for any weight exercises. Laundrette is in the same space, which was great managed to get our clothes washed during the workout. Self-service luggage storage is a great option as well. The only disappointment was the breakfast. We would not bother again. There was a great breakfast place just across the road with much better value for money. Overall 10/10 We would highly recommend and will definitely be back on our next visit to Singapore

Overall, I have no complaints about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have comfortable beds. The staff, including Chris and Mani, are friendly and helpful. It is a plus point that they provide water coolers on each floor's corridor. Despite being an old hotel, it is well-maintained. The location is near Bugis and CT Hall, which is another plus point. Would I stay here again? Absolutely YES!

Very spacious room with both a shower stall and a bathtub. Added bonus that there is filtered drinking water available directly in the room. Service was generally good as well - had a faulty minibar fridge which was replaced quite quickly by maintenance staff. Based on the cleanliness, room comfort and location of the hotel to many restaurants and a big mall (Great World City) nearby, would definitely recommend.

Just booked for my urgent business trip to SG as this hotel is very close to my office. There’s huge elevator sound outside of my room so I couldn’t sleep a wink for the first night so I’ve asked the front desk to change my room. They are super efficient to respond at my demands and very kind too. It’s an old hotel at good rate so I have not much complaints for this price but room with the small numbers are recommended than rooms with high numbers especially near the elevator. A room is small but just ok for solo travelers!

My partner and I recently stayed at Studio M Hotel for a 2-day, 1-night getaway, and it was a wonderful experience. First time trying their executive club room with the club benefits. But was alittle disappointed with the person who served us during the check in. He did not mentioned to us what was included in our package like what time is the breakfast, the place for the breakfast and also the timing for the evening cocktail. This need to be improved to provide guests the information needed else they will not know and might missed the evening cocktail. The room was big but abit old and there is no “do not disturb” button. But luckily the staff from club lounge iskandar was very friendly and sociable. He will come and chat with us. He also told us the breakfast place is at level 3. The food selection was okay just that the food was alittle cold and they actually serviced beer on tap and black label! Overall still a pleasant experience.
